Service manager Chelsea Waugh TOTALLY AWESOME! I had a problem with my emergency brake and she made me an appointment in 2 days! Went in for maintenance service today and Chelsea was my service advisor. This is the 2nd time I've been in for service at this location with this vehicle and also the 2nd time I interacted with Chelsea and service advisor.
