He knew that I was unfamiliar with the touch screen and mobile features so he took his time to educate me and help me setup the truck just the way I wanted. Learning I had some fancy heated (and cooling seats) as well as a heated steering wheel as part of my cold weather package - well...let's just say I was speechless. MOPAR or NO CAR Outstanding sales department. In particular Scott B. and David L. were always available to explain and answer my questions thru the entire 'process'. Outstanding sales department. On Saturday, I kinda new the RAM I wanted to see and Scott knew exactly where to lead me. Scott encouraged me to go for a test drive before we discussed the many discounts or any discussion/negotiations of price. After the test drive and negotiations were settled, he introduced me to David, where I promptly changed my mind. Not on the purchase, I decided to put the RAM in my business name instead. Without skipping a beat David L. shreded the initial paperwork and redid the paper work with uncanny efficiency. Highly recommend this dealership. More
