Waste of time If I could give zero stars I would. I called this dealership last Thursday at 10am and spoke to Melissa. I told her I was interested in a specific use If I could give zero stars I would. I called this dealership last Thursday at 10am and spoke to Melissa. I told her I was interested in a specific used vehicle and asked if she could check the availability before I drove 2 hours to get there. She called back, said she still had the truck available and we made an appt for that afternoon. When I showed up, nobody offered us help until we asked a salesman. He got our file and said he would pull the truck up. He disappeared and then came back out to the sales floor and was whispering in the corner with 3 other sales associates. I asked what was going on and they said the truck wasn’t available. They said it should have been taken off the website days ago. This dealership doesn’t value your time. Melissa clearly can’t decipher the difference between a Ram Sport and a Ram Express. Before we left, another sales associate started arguing with me telling me that my truck couldn’t possibly be registered because I don’t hold the title. He couldn’t comprehend that you can still register a vehicle in NH even if it’s financed. This dealership is a joke. I have never been so frustrated after being at a dealership for an hour. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, think again. More

Greeted with a smile (genuine rather than fake) and introduced to Allison, who was to be our salesperson. What a gem! She immediately made us feel comfortable, offered coffee, then proceeded to discuss the car we were interested in purchasing. What impressed me was the amount of knowledge she had and the way said information was delivered. Allison answered any and all questions which we had as if she personally owned said vehicle and knew all of its ins and outs. All questions being answered to our satisfaction, we advised Allison we wanted to purchase Now, at which point she got up and got the final figures we needed. Cost was presented to us with an explanation of what we would need in order for them to register it for us in detail with a warm and friendly attitude. we decided then and there to purchase. We picked up our new car the following day!. More

Service department not great; sales excellent We had the the unfortunate experience of having a truck break down in Millbury while on a cross country run as a hotshot trucking operator. My vehicle We had the the unfortunate experience of having a truck break down in Millbury while on a cross country run as a hotshot trucking operator. My vehicle was towed to Herb Chambers in Millbury, and it was then that I came into contact with Gabriela in service. Eventually, I authorized the dealership for three hours of labor to diagnose the problem with my truck. Word came back that it was the torque converter, and the technician was 90-95% sure that this was the issue. I was told at this time that they couldn’t get parts until Monday and I offered to help. I purchased a torque converter and had it shipped overnight to the dealership at a cost of $1650. Of this, $315 alone was shipping charges for overnight air shipping. So, the dealership received the part on Thursday and I was told they should be able to get to it. Come Thursday, I got another call that said “Sorry we can’t even touch it until Monday.” Then, when they finally did get around to it, it was discovered that the torque converter was NOT the issue, but it was instead the whole transmission. Fine, it broke. I’m cool with that. What I am not cool with is the fact that even though I only authorized three hours of labor, I somehow ended up paying $792.81 out of my pocket for them to basically do nothing, and my vehicle was left in pieces. I should note this was after a supposed $175 discount from the service manager. I didn’t want to spend good money fixing the transmission so I opted not to. It was at this time that I dealt with the sales department. They were great. Even though they couldn’t find me a truck, they went out of their way to try and help. All told I ended up spending $792.81 to Herb Chambers, lost $315 in shipping, had to put my employee up in a hotel for 8 days at a total of $722, an airplane ticket ($410) to fly said employee to a dealership to get the truck we eventually bought plus time and lost wages. I am not a happy camper, and I really think that the service department should examine its practices a little closer. This is especially true because I personally know that a service department is the “cash cow” of any dealership. You see, I spent 7 years in sales myself and I know that if I ever treated a customer in this manner, I’d have been dealt with ina severe manner, and probably fired. Please fix this. More

I brought my 2100 Ram in for a factory recall, I called ahead to see how long the repair would take and scheduled a Monday morning appointment for 8:0 I brought my 2100 Ram in for a factory recall, I called ahead to see how long the repair would take and scheduled a Monday morning appointment for 8:00 AM. I figured I would be out by 10:00 AM at the latest, and scheduled the rest of my day accordingly. Upon arrival I was informed that this repair would take at least a half day, assuming they had all the needed parts on hand. Well I wasn't happy with this news, but the woman assisting me quickly offered a lease car for the day. Nice, new Jeep small SUV. About an hour later I was called and told that my truck needed parts not on hand and that it would not be ready until sometime Tuesday. I was told I could continue with the Jeep and only needed to replace the gas I used - more than fair. When I went to pick up my truck there was no charge for anything, and my truck was washed and vacuumed out - a very pleasant surprise. More
