Service Representative Dan Abate, wrote up my work order a My 2015 Explorer Limited was towed to Herb Chambers of Braintree on January 08,2018 by AAA. Service Representative Dan Abate, wrote up my work order and followed up with the Service Technician as to the nature of the repair needed. Dan notified me in a timely manner of the repairs needed and advised me that Ford would cover my repair thru the Ford Power Train Warranty. He also assisted me by notifying my extended warranty company of my request for payment for a Car Rental. Herb Chambers and Dan Abate turned a bad situation into a refreshing experience. Thank you. I travel 28 miles to Herb Chambers in Braintree for all services, oil changes etc. when I could utilize Ford Dealers (approx. 6 in a 10 mile radius of where I live). More
