Excellent and Very Low Stress Car Buying Experience! Went to buy a new 2018 Ford Explorer and my wife also was interested in looking at other Ford models as well. Initial contact was through email and by phone with Lisa Chamberlain, the internet sales manager. She had the model I was looking for in stock in the color I wanted and with the all the features I was looking for. She quoted me the best price of any dealer around, including the Costco dealer! We set up a time for me and my wife to visit the dealership a few days later and met Lisa who introduced us to Nathaniel Gamble, and Rick Mansueto who helped in the car buying process. Everyone was so friendly and courteous, and really took their time explaining all the features of the different models my wife looked at and test drove. They gave us fair values for our trade-ins, great rebate incentives and we ended up purchasing 2 new cars. Even after the deals were done, the followup was great and the taking delivery of the new vehicles went very smoothly. Everyone in the service department was super friendly and very helpful! Fast response to problem Called early Monday morning because my tire pressure was low in both rear tires...I had had servicing the week before (which was also 5 stars) and the Called early Monday morning because my tire pressure was low in both rear tires...I had had servicing the week before (which was also 5 stars) and they told me to come right down...car was taken immediately and within an hour (it was very busy and I thought the wait was appropriate for someone who showed up without an appointment) my car was ready...it had been due to the extremely cold weather and they filled the tires to the correct pressure for me. Matt was outstanding. I have leased and bought my last 3 cars there and cannot see myself going anywhere else. More
