All those sales were handles By Mr. Wayne Lockard . This week I picked up my pre-ordered 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. Me and my wife Jinnie decided to order so we got just what we wanted. Wayne made the decision go so smoothly because of his Super Salesperson Skills. he helped us put together one of the finest Crossovers we have owned and it was very fast with his expert knowledge of how package groups went together. His kind and fun and way of selling made it very comfortable to work with him. And the Dealership as well. No BS no leading us on no talking us into things we did not want. Comfortable and easy going all the way. That is why we went to him for our last 5 cars. And what a great pleasure to have the best guy there ready to help 15 years of taking great care of me and my wife Jinnie. Any and all questions were answered right off the top of his head. Even questions I never even thought of he was able to explain and show us how everything worked and why. I would also like to thank some other 5 star people involved First Scott Lewis General Manager of the Dealership who personally made sure all was going well. Mr. Miguel Silva who made financing quick and easy to get through. Mr. Richard Trieber for putting the numbers together and helping us make them fit. Just and excellent Sales staff and Managers that have been so helpful over the 5 Vehicles we have purchased from this one Herb Chambers Dealership. Everyone knew the Truck, the packages and after a few conversations I was able to walk out with a truck that fit all my needs, and some I didn't even have. Jimmy Zhao/Lisa Chamberlain- My two initial contacts, Thank you. With out our first few calls, I would have given up on trying to get a the new car. Miguel Silva- Thank you, I can't say enough. Not only did you know your trucks, you spent the time to physically walk me through the options. Every other dealer I have bought a car from, the sales manager just sits in a glass room calling the shots from a distance. Thanks. We were greeted by Omar, who was very helpful and called in the support of Miguel the moment he understood that we had some very detailed questions about the Shelby. Miguel turned out to be the local subject matter expert on Mustangs and specifically special versions. He provided a lot of background on the issue with the recall and provided all the documents to prove the one in the showroom was not affected. The negotiated price was reasonable and within our expectations. The car was delivered the next day by Omar (we live in a different state). All in all friendly service and a pleasant buying experience. More

We went in to look at a remaining 2016 Mustang they had in the showroom. I had done my research, and had a reasonably but aggressive price target in mind. The car was beautiful, but I was on the fence about which option packages I really wanted. Brandon was very gracious in letting us check out the different cars on the lot with and without each of the option packages. With minimal haggling, Brandon and his manager agreed to my target price - very professional, and no unnecessary pressure involved, Still undecided, I returned several days later, and Brandon arranged for us to drive both the 2016 we originally came to see, as well as a comparable 2017 that had the other option package I was considering. At no time did I feel pressured (other than by my own difficulty in making up my mind), and Brandon was incredibly patient, understanding, friendly and professional, throughout the entire experience. Ultimately, I decided I wanted a combination of options that Brandon didn't have available, but he said he might be able to locate it for me. Since Brandon had been so incredible to work with, I showed him the best price I had seen elsewhere, and I wanted him to have the opportunity to match it. (I knew it would be difficult to match, since it was from a dealer that does a high volume of online sales, and their prices were very aggressive.) As expected, Herb Chambers wasn't able to match the quoted price, and remaining very professional, wished me the best and asked me to follow up either way. In the end, I did buy the car elsewhere, but I wanted to give a shout out to Brandon for being so great to work with!! More
