He was not pushy in the least and he made the car buying experience a VERY PLEASANT ONE. I also had the pleaure of dealing with Will Smith in the finance department and he was AWESOME as well. He listened to me and was very thorough in his explanations regarding any of my questions regarding the financing and the extra warranties/coverages that were being offered. We were definitely bracing for the old-school used car salesmanship (which neither of us can stand). Instead, we found ourselves working with Chase Calef, who was the ideal sales rep to work with. Chase was attentive and a great listener, but not pushy. There was no high pressure salesmanship and no up-selling (trying to get us into increasingly expensive options). Instead, Chase listened to us, explained our options, and provided helpful information about the features of the different cars we were looking at. When we found the perfect car for us, but with an annoying little nick on the back lift gate, he made sure that the paint was touched up for us. 5 Stars. Called this morning regarding a recent recall on my Ford Escape. Spoke with Andy Andrews. Inquired about time frame for the recall. Brought in vehicle, was told it would take about an hour to resolve all issues. Pulled in at 9:00 a.m. Andy was very professional, and pleasant. 59 minutes later the vehicle was all set. I have got to say that when I arrived there was not a seat to be had in the waiting area. The place was packed. I thought I would be there for a while. I decided to take a walk through the dealership. EVERYONE who I came in contact with greeted me with a smile, and a "good morning sir". These associates couldn't have been any friendlier. I was also approached by Brandon Williams, who sold me my Escape. He remembered me, and asked how I was enjoying my new vehicle. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and have had experiences with the service departments in other dealerships, mostly negative experiences. These guys are the real deal. They genuinely do care about the customer, not like some other dealerships. If you need service, look no further. Also if you need a new, or used vehicle, this is the place to go.
