I went in to look at a vehicle on there website. The vehicle I was looking for was not there it was a another location 45 minutes away. The told me no worries they would go get the vehicle and bri The vehicle I was looking for was not there it was a another location 45 minutes away. They drove through Boston traffic to bring the vehicle to me on a Monday afternoon at 4:00 pm. This vehicle did not have all the option that I was looking for but they added everything I needed and wanted to it to make it right fir me. they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was making. The entire team was very welcoming. They even mad sure that my 7 year nephew was happy and gave him things to play with and color while waiting to sign the paperwork. The sales man Bobby even made several paper air planes with him. I have purchased many vehicles and have been to several dealerships and I have to say the Braintree Ford location is the most welcoming and friendly dealerships I have been to. The deal I got o. my purchase and my trade was excellent. The financing team was also great she took her time to go over all the paperwork and all the options available and made sure we understood everything we where getting. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again. More
