Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the tire warranty. We would like to clarify that the tires you purchased 49,000 miles ago are covered by a manufacturer's warranty from Bridgestone, which covers defects up to 80,000 miles. However, this warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear. We strive to provide accurate information and exceptional service to all our clients, and apologize that you are unsatisfied.
