very disappointed.. considering how long I’ve been a loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest in helping solve my problem fairly w/o it costing me a ton of money.. my truck developed some mechanical issues too soon for its age.. and Ford would not take any responsibility.. I’ve been buying Fords for decades.. and now I may never step foot on a Ford lot again.. that’s a shame.. More

I had the work pkg done in the time they said it would be done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. My 2017 Edge is being recalled for front brake flexible hoses so A J set me up for that to done. Patrick Sullivan who waited on me was very pleasant. My 2017 Edge is being recalled for front brake flexible hoses so A J set me up for that to be done on Monday June 14. I was not happy that Ford would not pay for a rental for that day. This was a recall from Ford due to their mistakes. I should not have to pick up the cost for a rental for that day. I am very disappointed with Ford where I am on my third Ford Edge from Herb Chambers. More
