My car went in for a couple recalls. I interacted only with Luke, seated at the front desk of the service department. Luke is fantastic. He greeted me warmly and kept me updated while be I interacted only with Luke, seated at the front desk of the service department. Luke is fantastic. He greeted me warmly and kept me updated while being professional, courteous, and informative. It has to be one of the best experiences at a dealership and they didn't even get some of the parts on time to do the service (I needed to come back again a few days after my initial appointment). Luke took ownership of the situation and I left the dealership grateful for having the opportunity to meet him. A true asset and I forsee big things in Luke's future. More
