I leased a new 2014 Explorer Limited, fully loaded from George Asare and I could not be happier with my purchase. I turned in my 2013 XLT Explorer as I had put a lot of unexpected miles on it and got a very fair trade in price for it and made the decision to upgrade to the Limited model, George, Aaron, and Edgar made the process so easy and with such a fair price I of course signed on the dotted line. These guys are true professionals and are nothing like some of the other car dealers out there that just want your money and never want to hear from you again. I came all the way from Hampton NH just to work with these guys with many other ford dealers in my area that I could have purchased from. I got my new explorer delivered at my town hall in NH and was so beyond happy with it. Thanks again guys and I will be back! More

On referral from a trusted friend, I paid a visit to George Asare (6/14/14). I was greeted warmly and genuinely by everyone and welcomed graciously by George, who from the time I arrived until the time I left provided me with the utmost respect, customer service, great conversation that evolved around car buying short/long term education and solutions, and the overall best car buying options that worked best for me. Because of George's great knowledge and business sense, along with his direct and truthful professionalism, coupled with his Assistant Nancy's friendly interactions, and Edgar Rivera's additional professionalism in the process, I am the lessor of a 2014 F150 STX Truck which I am madly in love and obsessed with! Within 2 minutes we had a salesman on us. I informed him I wanted to look for now. My wife headed in the other direction. He made comments like, I never saw someone take off like that before! The salesman would not leave me alone to look. When my wife came back he was starting to push cars on us. Even though we both told him we were just looking!! It was a total turn off. It tuned us off so bad we went up the street and bought a used small SUV. The dealer was the complete opposite. Gave us about 30 mins. before someone was there to assist us. then they gave us so much useful information without a sales pitch. More

He was very knowledgeable about the brand and the specific vehicle we were interested in buying (2014 F250). At one point he went out of his way to bring over a service tech to answer one of my questions on vehicle maintenance. Upon delivery of our Ford truck, Paul took whatever time was needed to go over all features and operation and insure that we fully understood everything. I would highly recommend this sales consultant and also recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a Ford vehicle. More
A True Bait and Switch Dealership Worst experience ever After salesman Aaron William's treatment to us, we ended up leasing from somewhere else. It was too bad as we loved the focus more than any toyota, however after Aaron had promised us a specific deal not only verbally, but in writing the day before, and then we drove an hour again to sign the deal, he claimed the written sheet we brought in from the day before was not the original deal he promised. Not only was he not able to uphold his word, but was unwilling to compromise. This felt fairly shady and backhanded to us. In addition, the manager never said one word to our face. This was very different from all the other dealerships we went to where the managers were actively working with us in understanding the deals available. Aaron also talked to one of our family member's on the phone the night before we came and then complained about them to our face when we came in the next day. That is never appropriate no matter how "annoying" or "stuck up" he may have felt they were. In addition to being grossly unprofessional in other ways as well, he seriously tried to sell us the ford focus because it had 4 ABS breaks on all the tires- this was not the most impressive selling point, but provided a nice laugh for us in an otherwise terrible experience. As a previous reviewer had mentioned- this was a true bait and switch dealership. In all it was the worst experience we have ever had in an dealership and as long time leasers we will certainly continue our business elsewhere. More

George Asare handled the details of the sale, financing and registration, and I know he worked hard to make it all go smoothly for me. They both did. I highly recommend this team. I got what I needed at a very fair price and drove away appreciating their excellent service. They're my go-to guys from now on. More
I bought a new 2014 Fusion Hybrid. I got the car I wanted, which was not in inventory, so they found it and brought it to me. The sales experience was the easiest I have ever had. I got what I wanted, at a fair price, and NO HASSLES! They worked with me to get the price level I could afford, gave me a fair trade in value on my old car, and it was all so easy. Why can't all car dealers and salesmen be this good? I went to several other dealers and got so tired of being hammered on, I started getting rude back to them. At Herb Chambers, I was treated with respect and they were genuinely nice to me. As long as this new Ford holds up ok, I will buy more cars from Ford at Herb Chambers. So far so good, got the most for my money, and everything is going very well. I have to say, my first car was a 65 Ford Mustang, and then a 68 Ford Galaxy which I really liked, back in the day. Ford and GM suffered from some Quality of Design issues for quite a while after that, so I went foreign to the competition that I felt produced better cars. This new Fusion was part of a comparison shopping plan to try to find the best car for the money. I avoided GM cars due to my many BAD experiences with their cars, because they can't seem to keep a transmission working in their cars or their trucks. Talk about "Fall Apartitis!" I looked at Toyota and Nissan but the prices for the cars were too high, the standard features were minimal, and the gas mileage wasn't there either. SO I tried Ford, and I got the best bang for the buck. I am impressed at how much better the Ford Vehicles are today, and with more standard features in every trim level, and better prices, they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Even the Consumer reports rates them as a best buy Hybrid. If Ford keeps this excellent trend up, I will buy another one in 3 years when I trade this one in. I am a Happy customer! More
We purchased a certified 2012 Ford Fusion. Greg McCracken was a nice and capable sales person. He was very thorough in describing the cars and prices.
