Thank You George Asare I just bought a Mercedes-Benz GLK350 from Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. Not only am I absolutely in love with my new car but I couldn't have aske I just bought a Mercedes-Benz GLK350 from Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. Not only am I absolutely in love with my new car but I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. My husband and I shopped around at a few different dealerships before going here and the service that we recieved with everyone especially George was beyond excellent. He was very friendly and professional. He wasn't at all pushy. He was completely knowledgeable about any and all of our questions and he made sure that we left completely satisfied. That is the main reason that we decided to purchase our new car from this dealership. Any future car purchases that I will be making will be with Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough. I definitely recommend any and everyone looking for a GREAT car buying experience to go pay George a visit!!! More
Diappointment - will not return After purchasing my vehicle about a year ago (a very confusing and poorly handled process), I ran into my salesman at the service center and his unsol After purchasing my vehicle about a year ago (a very confusing and poorly handled process), I ran into my salesman at the service center and his unsolicited comment to me was " i dropped you as a customer and passed you off to another salesperson because I wasn't going to make any commission on your sale. you got that vehicle at such a low price." Add to that my follow ups for service where i have had to go out of my way to collect a missing users manual and spare key, wait to get my key-less entry programmed once the missing spare key was retrieved, and told i couldn't have a loaner car while my 2 day re-call repair was taking place unless i had signed up for the extended warranty. Poor customer service and its guaranteed that myself and my three family members who have all bought previous vehicles from Herb in Westborough will not be going back to any Herb Chambers dealership. I'm all for saving money and i think the expectation is that when shopping for a car you do negotiate to ensure you're getting the best possible deal and avoiding lots of hidden fees dealerships bake in, along with taking into account the numerous rebates the manufacturers offer to the dealer. To have my original salesman come up to me after the sale and point blank state that i negotiated too much on the price, and he decided to walk out as i was making the purchase of my vehicle and let someone else finish the deal was pretty shocking. Add to that some other employee was then left to wrap up my sale and struggled to ensure everything was correct. More

Love our new F150 My wife and I owned a 2005 F150 with 175K+ miles that needed a little service done. Long story short, there were a few more issues with the truck than we had anticipated and the repairs were more than we had planned on spending for a vehicle we were planning on trading in, in February or so. We took a look around the lot to see what was available for options, and found a beautiful F150 STX that suited our needs. Paul Scannell helped us out immensely,was not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. He really made the whole process easier than we had ever experienced at any other dealership. We were given a great deal on the new truck, and a good value on our trade-in. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westboro , and especially Paul Scannell to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle and doesn't want to put up with the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics used at other places. Paul Scannell was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was not the least bit pushy or trying to force me to buy a car. When I decided that I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford C-Max he competently led me through the process and after the sale was completed took me out to the car and demonstrated all of the features of the car and the new Ford Sync system. Paul even connected my cell phone so that I could receive phone messages hands free while driving. On several occasions I stopped by to ask about some features I didn't quite understand about the system and Paul very patiently and politely took the time to answer all my questions. If there were more sales people like Paul Scannell then the process of buying a new car would not be such a hassle and your worries about getting screwed would disappear.. More
