I’ve been with Honda for 6 years....they sent me a mail and emails saying we want to buy your lease back and get you into a car (base model) for 159 a month no money down...they wasted my time for 5 hours and emails saying we want to buy your lease back and get you into a car (base model) for 159 a month no money down...they wasted my time for 5 hours and tried to put me in a car for more money than I am paying now.. then we discussed going into a higher model which I was in agreement but my insurance went up when I was told “no it won’t ,just sign”...(the salesperson was fine by the way, nothing to do with him) it was the girl and her manager that lied to me on the phone and the manager that met with me which made me leave this review. I am very disappointed and as I customer for all of these years, I will be walking away from my lease in February. More
Dealership won't stand behind there work. Installed brakes on my vehicle and it vibrates terribly now. Said replace my brakes with 50% life left or deal with it. Don't know about you but i will spend my money elsewhere where the parts and labor warranty are fulfilled. You would think with the countless negative reviews management would do something about it. One gang was outside smoking cigarettes while no one was at the front desk to take a deposit. LITERALLY COULD NOT PAY THEM. I wanted to hold a car in case their lies were true “no one else will do this price etc” but they were not available to assist. The excuse is not a small staff it’s not having a capable staff. The gm office was a joke one guy sitting down legs up looking at stocks online, not sure if he worked there. My pals told me the same but I like to give retail stores a chance as many people exaggerate but in this experience proved to me that this store is truly the worst. The positive reviews must be paid for or by the employees. As I didn’t not see one happy client in there. More

They sent me a mailer “Platinum rewards card” then a capital one rewards pre approval. Many of my neighbors and friends close to where I live received the same preapproval. I should have listened. When I called in two managers told me to come on down your approved greats news congratulations!! They promised regardless of my credit and no money down I am guaranteed approval. It was to hard to believe so I spoke to the highest manager and he said the same. I made the appointment and when I arrived they informed me the girl is not here. They moved me around three times and it was obvious the sales people were avoiding me. 3 of them were sitting on a table having a chat. The sales desk I guy with no mask on so I didn’t approach him. A friendly salesperson ended up coming but told me he is busy only after I told asked about the pre approval. He then asked me to do a credit app while I wait alone. I told him what’s the point as I am promised approval and too look at my trade. The manager said my trade is only worth $500 and they don’t want it. While the girl promised 120% kbb value my car was appraised by another dealer for $3000. It was outrageous after they made it clear they did not want to work with me and I didn’t want to deal with the disorganization and false promises that led me there I left. I bought elsewhere from another company smaller then Herbs who actually treated me fairly. I don’t understand the point of false advertising just to waste my time and hope I will fall into their trap. That’s not a customer friendly practice and should be banned. More

Contacting these people regarding bad service is pointless. The GM leaves automated responses and did not look into my wife’s concern. All her belongings were stolen while waiting for service!!! We have had several bad experiences on the service side. I have tried giving them second, third, and fourth chances but it doesn’t get better. They take literally 4 hours to do an oil change, no other service. Literally that’s not an exaggeration. Today my parents went to change the fog light bulbs. They were having trouble doing it, so they notified my dad. They tried going through the hood and underneath the car, so they unscrewed several screws. When they “completed” the work, my dad checked the hood and underneath the car. He noticed the screws and clamps where missing. He went to tell them and they had the nerve to tell him they did not touch underneath the hood and that the vehicle was like that when he brought it in. My dad saw them taking off the cover on the engine. He stepped out and noticed them doing it. When he told them that, they went back to look for the screws and the clamps and they stated they misplaced them, and they had to order new clamps because they don’t have any in stock! Now my dad has to go back for them to fix that! My dad complained to the supervisor and he apologized for what happened. Another employee had the nerve to tell them no one is perfect! I’m sorry but the safety of my vehicle is in your hands and you're going to tell me no one is perfect!!! If they failed to screw something vital to the operation of the vehicle, and my parents had an accident, what then! No more chances given. Honda needs to step in and make sure the service team is properly trained and teach them customer service skills! More

The people we dealt with aren’t looking out for the consumer and trying to be a blessing in your life, they will prey on the unaware and naive, if you must come here be ready and prepared when talking to sales and specially the finance manager Nick, this one is something else and will curse you out to your face if you don’t go his way. After a year of bringing my vehicle here for service all I noticed was the unprofessionalism while waiting seeing employees curse at each other, clients yelling for their refund as they have had enough. Service advisors turn into finance managers without knowledge on the regulations of finance. Take care of your money, livelihoods and wellness of your family by staying away. But if you like encouraging this type of behavior go on right ahead. More
