The price was so good I didn't feel a need to negotiate, and the Herb Chambers 5 day moneyback, and 30 day no questions asked trade back, and a 2 month warranty provided the peace of mind need for a used car purchase. So far the car has been great, and it was delivered spotless. Valer brought the car from Dorchester, MA down to Newport RI for the out-of-state registration and picked up the trade-in. Stood by at DMV through the entire transaction. I was able to pick up the car with a deposit and had great communication from the time of purchase, wiring the money, and the car was detailed and delivered to RI in less than a day from the money wire. There was a few items I wanted addressed on the car, and what they didn't have available they sent UPS next day to my house. Throughout the entire car buying experience I perceived everyone at Herb Chambers to be honest, forthcoming and friendly. A very professional, no-nonsense dealership. More
