Took advantage of my elderly father. They kept calling him and harassing him about turning in his lease 6 months early and signed him up for a new lease in a more expensive vehicle. He is 72 years old, they got him to sign a new lease and didn’t deliver the vehicle for another 30 days charging him a full month before he even got the car. DO NOT BELIEVE THE CAN SWITCH YOUR LEASE BASED ON “we need your car bs” you get there and all of sudden they don’t want the car unless it’s at half price!! More
With COVID-19 many dealers stopped the whole “visit our showroom games” not this one. They don’t care how much people are exposed to covid due to their lies. The 120% for your trade is a lie. The “end of the month sales” is literally the same price from last month. They did not discount anything. The rebates they provide all Honda stores provide. BE AWARE- the person that contacts you will most likely be from the internet dept but won’t even be there!! We asked for the girl we had an appt with an they said she works for the “call center” just to bring you in. I didn’t meet with her the whole time and was due to her lies I was there. The place is trashy and seems no one is working. A manager did not even take to time to sit with us- while she said will get one. We bought a new Honda the same day with thousands below their price and in stock!! Our wasted time will not be given back to us. More

Was told that they had a specific trim available for test drive. When I got there, they asked us if we were flexible to other trims, because the trim we wanted was not available. My wife and I visited to see a vehicle listed online. We made one call told us to come in anytime. We got there told the desk we want to see the car, a short man with glasses at the desk told us to sit down made one call told us to come in anytime. After 25 minutes we asked again this time another manager African talk guy smelled like weed and was cursing about women out loud (waiting area right next to them!!) he said to wait in an aggressive tone. No sales person after an hour!! Many were just sitting down playing with their phones while it was not even busy!!! No masks or social distancing either which is scary More
