I just want to take the time to acknowledge the customer service of Sean Desilva. I was very distraught when my wife accidently filled up her tank with Diesel fuel. When the car was brough into Herb Chambe service of Sean Desilva. I was very distraught when my wife accidently filled up her tank with Diesel fuel. When the car was brough into Herb Chambers, I knew that cost was not going to be cheap. Sean, who was the advisor, suggested that I go through my insurance which I never even though of. I contacted my insurance, and a claim was open. Sean made sure he was there to review the work that was needed to get the car working. Sean continued to follow up with me daily which was helpful giving the fact the insurance was dragging its feet. The car was completed but its seem there were more issues than anticipated so we needed the adjusted back for a supplement. Again, Sean made sure that he was available to explain to the adjuster the reason it was necessary. Sean continued to follow up with me daily until the supplement was approved and once it was approved Sean made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Not only did Sean assist me in saving money be suggesting that I go through the insurance but his attention to details really calmed me during this difficult process. I want to take this time to thank Sean for everything and Herb Chambers will be my first choice of service. Also, Susan Tarquini played a role, so I do want to recognize her as well. Once the issue was identified, he had the parts needed for the repair delivered over night, and ensured that the car was repaired promptly. I had the car back in 1 day!! This completely blew me away!
