Outstanding Service! I was able to book a 7:30 am service appointment very easily online. I arrived early on a chilly Friday morning. Recent Service Visit I recently brought my Honda CR-V for a service visit. A warning light appeared on the dash. After calling the service center they suggested that I I recently brought my Honda CR-V for a service visit. A warning light appeared on the dash. After calling the service center they suggested that I bring it in for review. June, the service manager suggested a few things at first from some simple issues to a more serious issue. I waited for a bit while the car was inspected by a technician. The issue was a failed sensor which they replaced under warranty. In fact, I highly recommended Dane to a friend. My friend went to the dealership and requested to see Dane. Unfortunately, he was busy with another customer and he suggested that my friend meet and work with Patrick. After speaking to my friend, her experience with Patrick was completely opposite of what we experienced with Dane. That was really too bad as my friend will definitely be buying a Honda Civic EX, but not from Herb Chambers in Burlington.
