This is what a customer wants to see in an auto salesperson before anything else. His lack of experience in leasing was a minor issue, mostly covered by the business staff anyway. Mark assisted us in making the right vehicle choice at a critical time in our lives. We are thrilled with the capabilities of our new Honda CRV which has taken us with ease down the roads and highways of eastern Massachusetts during the recent snow and ice storms.
