We shopped around at several different dealerships (both Honda and other brands) and ultimately landed at Herb Chambers for our 2014 CRV. Our salesman Evan was by far the most honest and forthright person we dealt with in the entire car-buying process. He was very patient while we sorted out our likes and dislikes and seemed genuinely concerned about putting us in a car that made us happy. Other dealers clearly just wanted to make a sale and didn't really care about helping us find the right fit. For example, when I expressed displeasure with the look and feel of the seats in another car, that salesman said, "well, it's not like you have to look at the seats; you just sit on them." Evan, on the other hand, acknowledged that we had to be happy with our decision for such a big purchase and told us to trust our instincts about what we liked and didn't like. He also did not pressure us and hound us with phone calls while we were deciding. Once we decided on the exact make and model we wanted, we shopped around to several dealerships to find the best price. Herb Chambers was extremely competitive and really worked to match other offers we found. We ultimately bought from them even though we found another deal that would have been $200 cheaper. In the end, we felt better about buying a car from such a reputable dealership and a salesman whom we trusted. We found our salesman Evan to be a very genuine and down-to-earth family man versus some of the other..."characters" you might encounter in car sales. He really took the time to work through the deal with us and also made sure that we understood how to use the features of the vehicle. We know that if we have any issue or concern, Evan will gladly follow up with us. It's been a week since we picked up our new car, and we're thrilled with our choice. I'd highly recommend Evan to other Honda buyers and would certainly return to him for a future vehicle. More

This is my second Honda CR-V that I have purchased from Patrick. I thought I might be looking for a smaller car, but after seeing the 2014 CR-V I loved it. While waiting for my 2001 Honda Odyssey (that I bought 12 years ago new at Herb Chambers of Honda in Burlington) to be serviced, I noticed a 2009 Toyota Camry LE on the lot, in fantastic shape, with relative years ago new at Herb Chambers of Honda in Burlington) to be serviced, I noticed a 2009 Toyota Camry LE on the lot, in fantastic shape, with relatively low miles and a nice price. My wife has been wanting to get rid of the mini-van she has been driving since our kids are now all grown up. While on the lot I met Evan Fotopaulos, who turned out to be the best sales person I have ever met. From the Friday I saw the car and phoned my wife to the Sunday she decided to purchase the vehicle, Evan went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we would be extremely satisfied customers. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed purchase decision, explained everything about the car and the associated purchase in detail, did so with absolutely no pressure, and was one of the friendliest, honest, easy-going sales people I have ever dealt with. Even after the purchase, when my wife said she heard "a weird noise" coming from the car while she drove to work on Monday and called Evan about it, he was very concerned and kept following up to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicle. As it turned out, the Camry came with a set of Michelin Pilot sport tires that have a fairly aggressive tire tread. Depending on the road surface, they run from quiet to somewhat noisy, and that's what my wife was hearing. Nothing wrong with the car at all.
