Test drive was comfortable and sufficient, and the research I did led me to believe the offering price for the vehicle was fair. Finally, I appreciated not being shuttled back and forth with a hidden manager to determine the bottom line. The gentleman who arranged finance details put too much pressure for buying the dealer's "extras." I ended up buying one, but I felt the sales pitch was too strong. This is the reason for the one "4" selected above. I would strongly recommend Hondas and Herb Chambers to friends and relations. More

Last spring, my husband and I went searching for a new minivan for our family of 6. I had looked into a Toyota Sienna from the Woburn dealership and decided to check out the Honda dealership in Burlington minivan for our family of 6. On my first visit, a nice salesman gave me some information on a new Odyssey after I told him all the features we were looking for in a car. We briefly discussed a certified used minivan but there were none to be found. In all honesty, I left leaning towards the Toyota. A few days later, I brought my husband back to Honda so that he could look at some of the new Odysseys. The salesman that had helped me a few days earlier had not come into the office yet. Thankfully, Branden Judkins happened to be the next salesman available. He sat us down, asked us probing questions, listened to our need/desires, checked the database for options and found us the perfect certified used minivan. He served as the liason during negotiations while taking care of ALL the odd/ends of the deal. The icing on the cake was the delivery. We have 4 small children and I was unable to get to Burlington to pick up the car when it was ready. Branden took the time out of his busy schedule to drove our newly purchased van to our driveway where we were all waiting! An employee like Branden is few and far between.
