I walked in and was immediately greeted by one of the cashiers that were seated up front and asked if were picking up, or dropping off. She then sent me to a service adviser who took me immediately. The service adviser was very pleasant and went over the type of service that I was getting and quoted me a wait time of one and a half hours. I went into the service waiting area and sat to relax, get some coffee and a granola bar. I struck up a conversation with a woman in the waiting room, who happened to be a client of the same salesman (Sergio Urquijo) that I was, so the time went by really fast and then she was called, an d them me a few minutes later. I think the actual time was an hour. The service adviser went over the paperwork with me and I was out of the door with my car running and the key in it. Another great experience. More

Everything was clearly explained to me, and the service was done in a very timely manner. I was able to test drive the new Passport while I waited. It is a very nice vehicle. I drive 35 miles to get to this dealership because of its exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. More

In my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty!! Great experience during my service visit (I needed an A2 code service). Checked in with June who also informed me that I had a recall on my vehicle. Great experience during my service visit (I needed an A2 code service). Checked in with June who also informed me that I had a recall on my vehicle. June kept me updated on my service status on a regular basis and treated me more like a member of the herb Chambers family than just another "car in the assembly line". She even escorted me back to the service area so that i could explain to the service technician the issue I was having with my entertainment display. When everything was all close to all set and done, someone on the staff noticed that my car inspection had expired in January which I completely forgot about. Since I had just had my car computer updated for the recall and they couldn't to the inspection right away since the computer was just updated, June came up with an idea and found a technician that would take my car out on the road and "prime the car" / "Pre-drive" the car (for lack of better terms) so that the safety inspection could be done there at the dealership since I was there already. I'm sure there may have been others that were involved behind the scenes with my service visit and hopefully someone there can pass a big Thank You to them as well. Thanks again to June and everyone else involved!! More
Everything was fine. Door handle replaced in about an hour. I really wish you had a better coffee machine. When bringing in a care for repairs, I still need to work.
