The service advisor was most helpful in that she made suggestions to help me save money. She also gave me coupons to apply to the service. The dealership is well stocked: my battery needed to be replaced, and they put in a new one in right away, with no extra wait. More

Positive service experience Lots of pros: adequate seating in waiting area with wi-fi, free wash with service (weather permitting), friendly service staff, great "drop-in" policy Lots of pros: adequate seating in waiting area with wi-fi, free wash with service (weather permitting), friendly service staff, great "drop-in" policy for most services (no appointment needed, very flexible!), coupons and discounts, convenient location for me, and complementary coffee and Klondike bars! I've always taken my Honda here. A few cons: no loaner car offered even for very long/overnight services (even though I bought my car at this dealership) so inconvenient for childcare schedules and busy errand days, seems expensive (but I DO appreciate the discounts!)
