In spite of making an online appointment for a 10:30 AM oil change, it took more than two hours, and when I asked Jeffrey at noon what was going on, he said it would be another 40 minutes. It seems like th oil change, it took more than two hours, and when I asked Jeffrey at noon what was going on, he said it would be another 40 minutes. It seems like the appointment system doesn’t really work. My job seems to have been dumped into a queue. It would have been better if Jeffrey had been proactive to notify me of how long the job would take. More
