My interaction with June was very good. However, the overall visit was not. I made and appointment for 8:00 for the undercarriage recall and oil change. I was there for five hours. I ha However, the overall visit was not. I made and appointment for 8:00 for the undercarriage recall and oil change. I was there for five hours. I had not been told when I made the appointment or upon my arrival at the service desk that most people leave the car because it takes most of the day to make the recall repair, even after I said that I would be waiting. I think the length of time to do this recall should have been stated. I do have to say that June was very apologetic for my long wait and gave me a discount on the overall cost of the repairs. More

I brought my car in for service after having a blowout which required the need for a replacement wheel and tire. Ashley in the service department was excellent to deal with and help me out through the pro which required the need for a replacement wheel and tire.
