This was my second time purchasing through Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. I was looking to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe for a 2013 due to all the new technology that the 2013's have. Making the decision to go to Seekonk instead of Middletown (which is about equal distance to me) was based on the experience that I had the first time around. When I first worked with Brian back in 2011 I was returning a leased Volkswagon Jetta and was having problems with that dealer (VW). Brian took time out of his busy day to actually go with me to return the VW to be sure that I did not have any additional problems. Brian left such an impression on me that this time around I asked for him right away when I arrived in Seekonk. Brian makes the car buying experience such a pleasure. He is aware that time is valuable and makes sure that every step of the process is handled efficiently and accurately. It took all of about an hour or so to work out a deal (there was a little back and forth of the price via text the following day) and Brian had me in and out in an hour and a half the night I came in to sign my paperwork and pick up my new car. I really cannot say enough good things about him. Having worked in a Bank for over 15 years I am fully aware of how important good customer service is and how hard it is to find. It is very apparent that Brian not only enjoys his job but that he strives to go above and beyond with each and every customer that he has. Now whenever someone mentions to me that they are in the market to purchase a car I immediately recommend Herb Chambers in Seekonk and I always tell them to ask for Brian. I know 100% that he will take care of them and that their experience will be phenomenal!! More

My wife and I were recently in the market for a new car and the CRV was on our “short list” with 5 other vehicles we were considering. We met Jeff shortly after walking through the Herb Chambers, Seekonk and the CRV was on our “short list” with 5 other vehicles we were considering. We met Jeff shortly after walking through the Herb Chambers, Seekonk door and quickly found the manner in which he presented and conducted himself to be a breath of fresh air. In our search for the “right car” my wife and I met with a handful of sales reps from different dealerships around New England and Jeff starkly stood out. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, even offering to come in of his day off. He knew we were on the fence about which car to buy and he simply and sincerely helped to allow us to make an informed decision. I gave a rating of 5 for “Overall Experience” in working solely with Jeff because I truly believe he provided top sales service. However, I feel it is important to note that I had a less than positive experience with a gentleman from the Finance Department, who seemed to be short mannered, disingenuous and pressured us to buy additional coverage. In no way does this reflect poorly on Jeff, but unfortunately it tainted my overall impression Herb Chambers, Seekonk. More
