Our first contact with Herb Chambers was through their website. We found it frustrating because every time we found a car that we were interested in, it was hard to tell what dealership it was actually l website. We found it frustrating because every time we found a car that we were interested in, it was hard to tell what dealership it was actually located at and if it was even available. But, on a whim, we stopped by the Seekonk location to look around. And that is where we were pleasantly surprised. We met Dean and he listened to our needs, both with a car and financially, and was very patient with our questions. He let us take out as many cars as we needed to in order to find exactly what we were looking for. There was no hint of high pressure sales. When we went back to sign the paperwork on the sale, we met with Bill P. who helped us get the add ons that we really wanted without impacting our monthly payments too badly. He went out of his way to explain exactly what you were offering, as well as giving us advice on how to get our college graduate into a vehicle in the next 6 months. When we took delivery, Samantha really knew the car and was more than happy to share with us her extensive knowledge. We walked away from this with a whole new impression of what the car buying experience should be like. We've found our dealership. More
I am not sure where to start....you MUST go to herb chambers seekonk! Our salesman, Matt collard was extremely personable and very accommodating. Our needs changed once we got to the dealership and once we figured out what we really wanted Matt had to completely switch gears towards the end of his shift. The dealership was closing but that didn't stop Matt from researching the inventory to see if he could make some magic happen in terms of getting us what we wanted at the right price. We found what we thought was a deal but since the finance department had left for the night, I needed to return the following morning to complete the sale. Not so easy with a 16 month old along for the ride, right? WRONG! Matt, along with numerous other salespeople helped to entertain my little guy so I could complete the sale. I was there longer than expected but because of Matt's patience and understanding of my predicament with the baby, it was a totally stress free situation. During both my visits to the dealership every single sales person gave me either a smile or a warm hello. Low pressure sales and people who treat you with respect, oh, and they babysit :) More

My new Civic EX was spotless upon delivery and Paul spent a great amount of time with me to ensure I was comfortable operating all the toys my new vehicle offered. Dean was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Honda brand. He was not a 'pushy salesman', he was fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. I rated this dealer a few weeks ago when I bought my car there. I gave them all 5's. The buying process was a very good experience. My salesman Bruce Stein was great and very helpful. But I am now changing my rating due to the fact that I have had to take my car back 3 times already just to get the radio fixed. First time it was mis diagnosed saying I needed a new antenna but that was wrong. Then I was told it need a new Bass part and it would be in on Wed 7/27. I once again dropped my car off Wed morning, got a loaner car upon request. Then I get a call from my salesman saying that now the part won't be in until Friday!! This is ridiculous....it is just a radio and I should not be having to go back and forth 4 times now just to get the radio fixed. And on top of that the service dept told me to fill the gas up in the loaner when I return it! That is absolutely not happening.... Bruce has done all he could to help me out, it is not him at all. I know he is trying and is just as aggrevated as I am. It is the dealership that let me down. The car should have been fully inspected before it was on the lot to be sure there were no issues with it at all, even with the radio. More
This is our third Honda Odyssey. When our lease was up, we knew we were getting another one -- we basically just had to pick out the color. Paul Russo was friendly, helpful and very easy to understand whil we knew we were getting another one -- we basically just had to pick out the color. Paul Russo was friendly, helpful and very easy to understand while we went through the purchase process. (And was very patient with interruptions from our 6-year-old!) The finance person (whose name I can't recall) also made things as easy and clear as possible. During delivery, Kevin Raymond provided us with detailed information about the workings of the car and "geeked out" with my husband on the sound equipment and blue tooth functionality. All in all, this was a positive experience and I highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
