Was looking to trade in my leased car and buy a new one. Bruce was very helpful in guiding me through all the options. My lease was not up until November 2011 and with the earthquake in Japan happening, the Bruce was very helpful in guiding me through all the options. My lease was not up until November 2011 and with the earthquake in Japan happening, there weren't a lot of options for me at this time. Bruce suggested coming back in at the end of the summer. I arrived without an appointment to look at two cars I had researched on the web. The salesman, Paul, was friendly and courteous. There were no surprises and the cars were in great shape. If there was anything unexpected it was that I got the vehicle I was looking for at the expected price with a better than expected warranty - with a web discount added that resulted in a new set of tires. Overall better than expected experience. The "smartprice" was the best in the area that I researched. Paul DelVecchio was a great guy to deal with. Accomodating, available, and professional. This was consistent with everyone else that I encountered at Herb Chambers of Seekonk as well. More

This dealership knows their business, they had the right persons doing the right jobs, even if that person had little experience, they left nothing to chance and searched out correct answers to any uncertainties that arose in the process. This is my third Honda and I am confident in the product I was purchasing, but without the dealership for the product being as exemplary, I would have gone elsewhere. More
The salesman Paul was great! The only concern was the financing took longer than we thought because the buisiness managers working at the time had previous customers they needed to work with. Although we had an appointment we still waited for atleast an hour while they worked with customers. While waiting, Paul did everything possible to keep us comfortable and was socialable with us. This would be the only reason I would lean towards a good for customer service. Seems to be that the appointments could be planned somewhat better for the financing portion of buying a vehicle. More

At the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law, I booked an appointment with John Henriques at Herb Chambers back in February when my 17-year-old Toyota blew a head gasket. I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon with my Chief Negotiating Officer (a.k.a. Dad) in tow and was promptly greeted by John, who was finishing up a transaction with another client. Prior to meeting John, I was an absolute wreck--up until that day, the most expensive thing that I had ever bought was a MacBook Pro! I had prided myself on graduating from college without racking up student loans, so the prospect of going into debt over a car terrified me. As soon as I met John, the anxiety started to fade. I remember being impressed with John's professionalism, sense of humor, and compassion. While I credit my dad with scoring me a great deal my 2011 Civic, I credit John with accomplishing an much more difficult task--he patiently and calmly put up with my father for the afternoon! In the months following my car purchase, John has phoned or written a number of times to check-in with me and to ask me if there was anything that he could do to be of further assistance. John explained the car and the buying process so thoroughly that I haven't needed to take him up on his offer yet (and possibly never will), but I am absolutely sure that when the time comes to buy another car, his number will be the first I call. We went to Herb Chambers Seekonk to replace our 2000 Odyssey with a 2011 model. We came prepared with information including prices and the features we wanted. Despite the crowds, we were met almost immediately by a young salesman, Justin Moniz, who mentioned that he had just started working at the dealership. He was extremely professional and curtious. He was also willing to admit when he didn't know the specifics of a given feature, although he made sure all our questions were answered by the end of our visit. While were were finishing the paperwork, the children remained entertained by the amenities the dealership had that day--popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, and television. By the time we were finished, I think the children were even more excited about our new van than my wife and I. More
