Cliff provided me exactly the level of service I asked for. I decided that I would like to purchase the vehicle the day I drove it, but didn't actually do so for six months. We were greeted at the dealership by Jide Alarapon. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We explained to Jide that my wife and I were looking for a new 2011 Honda Accord LX-P in a specific was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We explained to Jide that my wife and I were looking for a new 2011 Honda Accord LX-P in a specific exterior and interior color and that we would like to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle with the colors we wanted was not in stock. Jide said he would do his best to locate the vehicle we wanted. In the meantime he arranged for us to test drive another Honda 2011 Accord LX-P. He was very knowledgable, courteous and professional in answering all our questions. Within approximately an hour after we arrived at the dealership Jide had located the vehicle we were lookig for and the price we were willing to accept. We purchased the vehicle Jide Alarapon found for us and for the price we were willing to pay. There was zero (0) pressure put on us to purchase this vehicle from anyone at the Herb Chambers dealership. It was a very enjoyable, relaxing and unbelivable experience. P.S. We also would like to thank Matthew Collard (Delivery Coordinator). Matthew explained all the features of the vehicle and their function. He also was very courteous, friendly, and professional. In February 2011, my wife and I made an emergency trip from our home in Utah to Boston to be with a son who was experiencing heart failure. Fortunately, his condition has stabilized and, hopefully, will from our home in Utah to Boston to be with a son who was experiencing heart failure. Fortunately, his condition has stabilized and, hopefully, will improve over time. But while there, we found that he was without a vehicle (his old car, being worth less than the cost of repairs, had been hauled away for salvage). He had put money down on a used Toyota Prius at a dealership in the area, but having gone into the hospital emergency room, was out of contact, and that dealership sold the car out from under him. This just added to the distress our son was going through. Seeing how he had had his heart set on that car, I went about finding a replacement car for our son. Using the internet, I found an identical car at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk at what appeared to be a very good price. I showed this information at two other dealerships nearer to Boston that also had a similar used Prius, but at much higher prices. They said that the Herb Chambers price was too good to be true, and that it was probably already sold. I called the dealership in Seekonk, and was told the vehicle was still there. We made the 1.5 hour drive to Seekonk, and went inside the dealership. I was introduced to Bruce Stein, who was terrific to work with. He gave us a great price on the car and took care of details while Paul Zito arranged financing (not easy, since I live in Utah and my sick son had no credit). But they got it done. But that is not the end of the story, and this is why I am writing this review. Our son was in the Cardiac ICU of a Boston area hospital, and could not go out to sign papers. So, Bruce Stein took the initiative to drive all the way from Seekonk to our son's bedside to finish the paperwork so he could have a car and not worry how he was going to get around. This was a tremendous service to us for which we are very grateful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal from some very nice people. Jeff Stringham More

Mike and everyone else at Herb Chambers made the process of finding a new car very painless and the exciting experience it should be. I went to a few different dealerships before hand, the same day and the of finding a new car very painless and the exciting experience it should be. I went to a few different dealerships before hand, the same day and the weekends prior and I did not receive customer service even close to what I got at Herb Chambers at any of the other dealerships. In fact, some places helped me determine very quickly that I would not be purchasing a vehicle from them simply on their in-ability to be personable. In a business that is largely driven by good customer service you would think all salespeople would make an effort to be friendly and pleasant. I knew right away that working with Herb Chambers would be a good experience. They were always asking if there were questions they could answer or more they could do right up to when I drove my 2011 Honda Civic off the lot. As a 27 year old professional, it was a milestone in my life to purchase my first brand new car, I will definitely return to Herb Chambers when it's time for something new. But I'm counting on my new beauty to be with me for quite a long time! Thank you Herb Chambers and Mike for making this such a wonderful experience! More

He quoted me $893.00 total out of pocket to get into the new lease, this included excess miles. I agreed to this figure because it was $300 less than the competitor. Two weeks later I received an invoice from Honda for $985.95 for excess miles. I called Herb Chambers immediately after receiving this letter and was told they had until March 14, 2011 to pay the bill. Two weeks later I received a second request for payment. I called Herb Chambers again and spoke with Paul Russo. He said he would look into this and call me back, which never happened. I then called Jose (sales manager) and he too said ?I?ll look into this and call you back, which never happened either. I called back again on Saturday, March 26, 2011 and spoke with Scott Birtles. He said this is the first he?d heard of my situation and that he would review the file and call me back. He contacted me later that day after speaking with Paul about whether the miles were to be included or not. Scott stated that, ?Paul was wishy washy?, about what exactly was agreed upon. Scott then told me he would contact me on Monday, March 28, 2011. As you might have guessed, he never called me back. This is the absolute worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. This is the fifth Honda I have leased and the first time this has ever happened. I also feel that Herb Chambers of Seekonk, MA is responsible for honoring their commitment to pay for the excess miles as agreed upon verbally between Paul and myself. More
In July 2010, I came to this dealership and purchased a new Honda Fit and worked with Bruce Stein. He made making my purchase very simple and painless. I am young and this was my first new car. I had gone to other dealers first to shop around, and wasn't treated very well at all. These salespersons assumed I was a tire-kicker. In March 2011, I was in a terrible car accident. My car was totalled but between the safety in design of the car and the abundance of airbags, it saved my life; I walked away from the accident with nothing but mild bruises from the seatbelt. It was my dreamcar, and after the insurance claim was settled, I went back to Herb Chambers to talk with Bruce about replacing it. Both times he's helped me, he's given me a break on the price, I got a VERY low financing rate and other small perks thrown in the deal. Every chance I get, I recommend the car, the dealership, and especially Bruce. More
Bruce was amazing. He really took me through the entire process. Being new to buying cars I was nervous to get the typical jerk for a car salesman, Bruce was far from this.
