Gill Espindula helped me through the process which was pressure free. Gill was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I typically dread when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle as I hate salesman! However, Gill was nothing like a "typical salesman". He was genuine. My experience was positive and I highly recommend this dealership to others who are thinking of purchasing a vehicle. As for Gill, I am appreciative for his help, his sincerity and I recommend him to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a vehicle. I had a bad experience at another dealership further away and decided to just try, "maybe they have other used cars I could look at" I thought to myself. I didn't think I could get anything! Ultimately I wanted a Toyota or Nissan. All I NEEDED was four wheels and an engine, and maybe all wheel drive haha. Not only did Meagan find me a car with all wheel drive, it had everything I WANTED! Moonroof, navigation, Bluetooth, push to start, heated seats, back up camera... You name it, I had it! Not to mention it is bigger car than I'm used to owning. I love my new car. Granted, its a Hyundai but I love it! It's perfect for my little family. Thanks Meagan for such an amazing experience. All the staff were great, financing manager was amazing. No pressure and relaxed buying experience! I started out at Herb Chambers Jeep and couldn't come up with a price in my budget, so I mentioned that a Hyundai Tucson was my next choice. So kudos I started out at Herb Chambers Jeep and couldn't come up with a price in my budget, so I mentioned that a Hyundai Tucson was my next choice. So kudos to them for supporting their other dealership and setting me up with their Hyundai store. Upon my arrival, I met up with Zeke who introduced me to Megan. We sat down and discussed what I was interested in, which was a Tucson Limited with Ultimate package. After that we went out back and took one out for a test drive. This was the type of test drive I like to go on... no pressure to head back and drive where you want. Some sales people have routes they take, but Megan has you go where you'd like. When we returned, I checked out the colors available in person. While I wasn't a fan of most of the colors Hyundai offers, I stood firm on Coliseum Grey. Only problem was there wasn't one available in my trim level. Megan didn't pressure me for another color on the lot to make the sale. If that was the color I wanted, then she would find one for me. There was one scheduled to arrive at the dealership in just under 2 weeks, so I patiently waited for it to arrive, but it wasn't on the truck. Unfortunately the end of the month was getting close and rebates were ending, so the option to acquire one from another dealer rather than wait was made so I wouldn't lose my pricing! Finally my Tucson was on the lot! We got the paper work done, quickly fixed an address problem that magically appeared and did the paperwork again! Thanks Jean!!!! The last few days Megan texted me with updates several times a day so I knew how things were going. Pick up day finally arrived and Megan convinced me for a pic with it (I hate having my pic taken). She then went went over the controls and basics with me and I was on my way! Overall it was a very relaxed experience. Mistakes and delays happen, and they did. Megan was on top of it! I highly recommend her! And Thank you Megan for the special bank paper I needed, even though it needed to be done 3 times! A special thanks to Adam for helping out with the final version! And thanks to Marty for his help in locating the exact color and options for me! More

I drive 80 plus miles because of their dedication to the customer that come to their dealership. My regular salesman Stan (who is a professional professional) was away, so Maria the business manager, and Rusty the Sales manager work with me at set me up with Gill which by the way is an awesome salesman. Gill was patient, very informative and very efficient. I left my medical bag there just when the dealership close and Gill went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get my bag. Now that is a people person and a true professional. More dealerships should have people like Maria, Rusty, Gill, and Stan, these people rocks. More
The best car buying experience I ever had! I went looking for a reasonably priced car of which I saw an ad in the Sunday paper for a Hyundai Elantra that appealed to me. I wanted an inexpensive car because I was approaching those years when I did not know how much longer I would be working. This was my 14th car through the years, consequently I was aware of the good, bad and ugly experiences of car buying. My wife and I meet with Ryan MacLean at Herb Chambers Hyundai dealership in Auburn, MA. We told him what car I was interested in and it would be mainly used for myself to commute back and forth to work. It did not take long to get the deal done with none of this "I have to check with my manager". After all the parts were accomplished; Insurance, registration, plates, inspection sticker, full gas tank, wash and cleaned the car, it was ready to be presented to us. Ryan monitored and saw to it's completion all steps necessary to get to that point. Then we got a surprise. On the day I pickup the car, Ryan went over ever manual for the vehicle (Stereo, Blue tooth, tires, Auto and all the sales paperwork to make sure that I understood it all). Then we moved to the car and walked around it with him pointing out every feature of the exterior and we stepped in and he did the same with the interior. He hooked up my IPhone to the blue tooth and said a number of times if there was something that I could not figure out, just call him. I have to say, that he is the best car sales associate that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. And oh, by the way, I love the car and it much more than I hoped for. More

Happy with my car but not really overall experience I love my car (so far) and I'm happy with the price. However, I wasn't totally satisfied with my actual experience at the dealer. So it depends on if the ends justify the means for you. I spent a few hours in the dealership after originally setting up an appointment online. I was contacted by a customer sales representative who was helpful in setting it up, but was apparently not someone I would see again. Instead, the person I worked with was semi-knowledgeable about the different features of the cars, but sometimes I think just gave me a "yes" or "no" answer to questions even when not totally sure. There was also some miscommunication throughout the process, which led to a lot of frustration and delays and I felt that some of the communication from the salesperson was unprofessional and accusatory. The car was not completely cleaned after waiting 40 minutes a week after purchase at the dealer for it- bits of plastic stuck in places, stickers on the tires, etc. I didn't even get to ring the gong when I got the car! Anyway, I've heard from many that the Hyundai dealers in surrounding areas will treat you better and offer better deals, so it might be worth checking out others before settling with a purchase from Auburn. More
Totally impressed Meagan was awesome. I walked in simply looking for numbers on a trade in and I fell in love with my Sonata and got to drive it home the same night all Meagan was awesome.
