Top notch service from a top notch Dealership Went into Herb Chambers of Auburn today doubting I'd be able to trade up due to how much I owed on my current car(at the time). I looked around their lot checking prices and models and just when I had a question I was greeted with a smile by Ryan MacLean. Within 5 - 10 minutes he had my car looked over by his manager, took down notes about what I'm looking for, and finished the paperwork needed to find out if what I wanted to do was doable. He gave me a list of cars that would work for me to keep same monthly payment. He was very knowledgeable about the cars specs, mechanical workings and even helped me sync my phone up to my new car and how the apps worked. I've honestly never had such a great experience with a car dealer before. The rest of the staff was very friendly and made the experience smooth and painless. If you want a great buying experience with friendly knowledgeable staff that doesn't hound you about buying more than you want or need this is the place to go. More

I knew I wanted the 2016 Tuscon Eco, but I hate going to dealerships. From the minute I walked in and talked to Crystal and Zeke, I knew there was something about this dealership. After haggling back and forth, I felt like I got a great deal and they were nice and fair the entire time. Zeke even stayed late to help me finalize paperwork, Jean stayed after hours to finish the financing, and Rusty and Adam gave me so much valuable information as well. I will go back to them in a heartbeat, and I feel overall is was an amazing deal for a brandnew car none the less. Thank you guys! More

Once there we were helped by Ryan Maclean who literally went out of his way to help us in any which way he could. Extremely friendly and sociable (not at all pushy like you would expect from a car salesman), spent the time to find out what exactly we were looking for, helped us figure out the numbers and the end result was that we are now the proud owners of a brand new Hyundai Tucson in the color and with all the features we wanted. There was a minor glitch with some of the insurance paperwork(all on our end) and our salesperson was willing to drive out to our home to get it signed. Professional.
