I had been looking for a certain type of hard to find car and stopped by Herb Chambers Hyundai. I spoke with salesman Matt Duszak and he didn't have what I wanted but said he would keep an eye out. About a month later I got a call saying he had a car for me. It was exactly what I was looking for! And even better, he and manager Rusty worked out a deal for thousands less than the other places I had been. Even when my check engine light came on I went straight there and within minutes my car was in the shop being fixed! A half an hour of work, a few new parts, and NO CHARGE! I was on my way home the same night with my car running great again. Thanks Matt, thanks Rusty, and thanks to the awesome techs at Herb Chambers Hyundai. I visited the service department at Herb Chambers Hyundai after being reffered to them by Hyundai inc, after a terrible experience at Lia Hyundai in enfield, ct which is where I had purchased my 2006 tuscon after being reffered to them by Hyundai inc, after a terrible experience at Lia Hyundai in enfield, ct which is where I had purchased my 2006 tuscon about one year ago. The service staff at Lia Hyundai in Enfield were so rude to me when I brought my tuscon back for warranty work that I left the dealership in tears and sick to my stomach. I was very apprehensive about going into another dealership even though I needed to because the warranty work was not done when I had gone to Lia Hyundai as they had to order parts. William Carr made me feel very at ease and was extreamly kind and proffesional, he also had to order the parts to fix my tuscon, but he explained everything to me in a professional manner and restored my faith in Hyundai. He also had me talk with Matt Duszak in sales about possibly getting a new Hyundai, as there are fantastic deals on right now with low financing. I am happy to say I am the proud owner of a new 2010 Sonata. I was so disheartened by my previous experiance with Lia in Enfield that I did not think I would ever set foot in a car dealership again. A few months ago, my daughter needed a car. She bought a Hyundai Accent from Stan Otoo-Genesis. She got great service from Stan. Inquired regarding a specific car with an internet advertised price from their website. Was told that the inventory car listed was available, but the dealership would not honor the internet price, du advertised price from their website. Offered the dealership the opportunity to match the price on a like vehicle (same trim and drive system) without the dealer installed options, but they wouldn't do so. This was a straightforward deal, with no variation on trade in or financing required and immediate purchase planned. While Steve, the internet manager was pleasant enough on the phone, the lack of timely and honest response led to the negative rating on friendliness. Glad I did not waste my time going into the dealership on the basis of a "bait and switch". More
