He not only exemplified the true meaning of "Customer Service" but went above and beyond his job description to make my experience painless, affordable and enjoyable. Because of Jonathon's immense knowledge of the entire Infinity line, his razor-sharp understanding of the finances, his outgoing personality, respectful manner, and follow-through, I had much confidence in my decision to lease from him again. Regarding follow-through, I'd like to add that Jonathon phoned long after the leasing process was completed just to see if there was anything I needed - he even came over to my house to program the car with my garage doors.
