I originally came to Rob in the service department, who literally went above and beyond dealing with my warranty company who gave him more trouble than he deserved.. after fighting with them (and winning!) literally went above and beyond dealing with my warranty company who gave him more trouble than he deserved.. after fighting with them (and winning!) for a new transmission. Because my car sat for 4 MONTHS waiting for approval, my alternator ended up breaking which also broke a few other things (battery, belt, fuse) which ended up putting me in a hole… Rob again tried holding the warranty company responsible as they should have been for being cheap and not just approving it in a timely manor. But they weren’t hearing it. They would only cover the alternator and only because it was a covered part, not because they felt they had done anything wrong. I’m a single mom of 4 and it was just way out of my price range even after Rob did his best to get the price down to something much more affordable. After talking with Ferdy and explaining why I was freaking out even though I was grateful to Rob, he took it upon himself to get the price down even more for me and for that I am forever grateful to both of them! I am blown away by the caring compassionate, understanding team they have at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough! I would never bring my truck anywhere else. If they will still have me because I know they did more for me then their job usually entails, I’m 100% sure of it! More

Such a complete lack of response to a simple request makes me wonder what the response would be when someone has a serious problem that needs to be addressed by Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough. This is not a dealership that you would want to deal with. More
