Disappointed with the service department and how things were handled. Poor communication. Was told to come by 6 to dropped off my car and pick up loaner. Showed up at 5:30 and no loaners available. Car had dead bugs and dirt on it still. Matt was very kind and helpful but was told would get call and info from Robert and he never called. This was my first time here and I expected more after dealing with the great sales staff. More

They really take care of your vehicles. I had a problem with both front hubs on one my Infiniti. They get the Involvement of the Nissan corporate to resolve the issue.
