Pricing for parts was 6 times higher then Lexus dealer in another State, labor price was 3x higher, I’ve had work done at this Dealership many times but with the Quote I received from them is $3,000 more More

Patrick I was Quoted $1300+ For parts consisting of a AC Evaporator w/Expansion Valve and Dryer for 2007 Lexus GX 470 This price is extremely high and the the Quote of $4139+ for parts & labor resulting in a labor charge of $2839+ seems way out of line for a job easily completed in 8 hours ($350+/ hr shop rate). So please Patrick tell me why another Lexus Dealers Quote of $2077.74 minus $179.95 (diagnose)= $1897.79 approx. I purchased this vehicle from Herb Chambers Lexus and wanted keep my relationship with this dealership but with this recent experience I’ll have to go elsewhere.
