We came to Lexus of Norwell looking at a Mercedes SUV but couldn't commit. Once home,we spent some time searching their web site,now looking at the Lexus SUV's. We arranged to have one moved to Norwell for a second test drive and in the mean time a beatiful red RX350 came in to the Norwell location and as soon as we saw it,we loved it and bought it that day. The whole experience was a pleasure and so easy. Not once were we pressured in any way! Vehicle was delivered to us on the Cape and Luke explained everything we needed to know and was available after when we had a couple of questions and even followed up with us a few weeks later. After seeing the vehicle that was brought in especially for me, I changed my mind about the color, and John didn't even blink an eye. They again found the vehicle that I wanted, no questions asked. After I got my vehicle, Steve Flate, the dealership/s technology specialist, helped me set up and understand the computerized features of my car. He was very thorough and patient and I'm so impressed with this service. I did not feel pressured at any time during the leasing process, and was grateful not to be held hostage in the dealership all day. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus. More

Because of the great experience with my 2011 I decided to lease my 2014 at Herb Chambers again but at the Norwell location. The reason for Norwell is because its closer. My dealings with Greg S. Bob C. and Tim M. were flawless. They were very pleasant and upfront all through the negotiation process. I understand the leasing process pretty well and the deal agreed upon was in my opinion untouchable by any other Lexus dealer in the area.
