I have to say this was almost a perfect experience. Right from the start when I sent an email request I heard back from Cheryl in minutes followed by a phone call. John was really wonderful answering all my questions. He was incredibly open and honest about financing the car, purchasing vs leasing and the value of my trade. We have had our 2009 Lexus RX serviced at the Norwell dealership previously,great service from Tom Mccafferty in service department! We were looking to upgrade to a 2014 RX and visited th Norwell dealership. We were met by Chip the manager who was pleasant and informative. He introduced us to Ryan Tierney who became our sales rep, a terrific person who was most helpful in our experience. Ryan was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and made the whole experience easy and fun, which is what a new car purchase should be. He took care of the registration with our vanity plates,inspection sticker and all paper work and we were able to pick up our new vehicle within 24 hours!! Job well done Ryan!!!
