James was very professional and customer oriented. He spent time to know our needs and tried hard to get the deal that meets our expectations. He has corrected the spelling of my name and my address He spent time to know our needs and tried hard to get the deal that meets our expectations. He has corrected the spelling of my name and my address that was incorrectly entered in the system by another sale consultant. We had requested the correction but it was not done timely. James knows these information are crucial for any car owner, registration and insurance. On the day for pickup, James has waited extra 3 hours for us because we were not able to get the dealership on time. James made things go smoothly and quickly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!! He has gone above and beyond for the customers. More
