We had a terrible experience buying a car here. We were not able to get our car until a week after our purchase date. The communication was terrible on what was taking so long. We bought a preowned car and when we did pick it up noticed immediate issues. We notified the people we were working with at the dealership and never heard back from them. Truly terrible service. Lexus Hingham mass service department has kept my best interest in mind, tested the battery thoroughly and identified the root cause might have likely be related to a local auto store incorrectly put the interest in mind, tested the battery thoroughly and identified the root cause might have likely be related to a local auto store incorrectly put the new battery on the remote fob in the wrong “zone”, thus causing my fob unable to communicate with car; so instead of several hundred $$ to get a much needed battery, they saved me the $$ for holiday shopping! Will definitely pay it forward and thanks again for being the ultimate professional and be excellent in what you all do! More
