Beginning with a friendly greeting from Scott in the service bay to sitting down with my regular Service Advisor, Tom McCafferty, to discuss what I should expect, all went without a hitch. My appointment started on time and was completed in a totally timely manner. Tom kept me informed of my car's status during the visit. I especially appreciated the video view of the underside, wheels and brake areas of the car while the service was in progress--a nice, informative touch while I was in the cafe area.
