As a first-time car buyer, I expected the process to be stressful and full of sales pressure, but Chris genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right car rather than pushing me into something I didn’t want. Even when a few unexpected issues came up that were outside of his control, he kept me updated every step of the way and was always transparent about the status of the car. My sales guy David Troilo was terrific, as it was my first experience in a dealership. Made everything easy and was made to feel like I mattered, stayed in the moment and communicated via text when I wa first experience in a dealership.
