Jamal took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. He went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! Jamal was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction. The customer service at this dealership is outstanding. Jamal will be our family vehicle sales person for life. He also calls to follow up and see how the new vehicle is driving and if i has any more questions. I was able to drive away with the car the same day. Because we were an out-of-state buyer from Connecticut and only wanted to make one trip up to Sharon, the logistics got a bit complicated. But everyone came through, even to hand carrying some documents to us to sign and then delivering the car to us at our home, fully registered in Connecticut. After delivery, when we found a few items that needed the dealer's attention, Niko Kotsiopoulos, a sales manager, stepped in since our sales rep was not in the office. I assumed I would have to drive back up to Sharon and spend a day waiting for service. But Niko and Nick arranged for a Lexus employee to come down and leave us a loaner and drive our car to Sharon and back for us. My only regret with the entire experience is that I didn't find Herb Chambers Lexus a long time ago. Now I'm 80 years old and will likely never have to buy another car. What a wonderful, customer-oriented experience!! More
