Service manager doesn't understand the meaning of customer s This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought th This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought the car to Herb Chambers to have it repaired. It's a 2015 RX with approximately 28,000 miles on it. My service advisor told me it would cost $250 to remove the radio so they could determine what was wrong. She said I must have pushed the button too hard and that's why it broke. She said it wasn't covered under warranty. I asked to speak with the service manager, Tina. Tina stated the same thing and would not cover the service under the warranty. I told Tina I would write a bad review and report it to Lexus. I then took the car to Lexus of Watertown and they fixed the problem which was covered under the warranty. I will never return to Herb Chambers Lexus! More

Bob took a considerable amount of time explaining about all of the features the car had an answered all my questions. Bob went above and beyond his job description. This is the third automobile I've purchased from Herb Chambers and is the second from Lexus of Sharon. The reason is because of the dealerships and the sales people. When the time comes to purchase another Lexus I will definitely contact Bob Williams because he made my buying experience enjoyable.
