They both were highly creative in making me my transaction occur and also made me unusually comfortable and satisfied in my purchase. For example, my CPO Lexus IS 350 had summer tires on it and Mitch came through with making sure the winter tires I wanted installed before taking delivery was completed and he also energetically worked through an accelerated registration process (I wanted the car now (!) and he and the dealership came through. In many parts of the process there could have been “no we cannot do that” and at no time did we even get close to a “no”. I have purchased about 20 cars and this was the most satisfying purchase experience I have ever had. More
