They were able to work a deal with me on a trade that didn't hold any equity. By far the best experience I have ever encountered when making a car purchase. Very Poor Customer Experience After doing my research on line I called ahead to confirm 3 vehicles were still available before making the 3 hour round trip drive down from NH. When I arrived the young sales associate was unable to locate the vehicles, apparently 2 were sold over a WEEK AGO and yet their system still had them showing available. He managed to find the 3rd car which was being serviced and unavailable for a test drive. What a COMPLETE waste of my time. It appears to me it was a bait and switch on the vehicles. Advertise a great deal, draw the customer in and then tell them "Oh I'm sorry we sold that vehicle a week ago". This is EXACTLY why people hate car buying. More

I was in for an oil change on my LS460 and decided to take a look at the SUV's. After I spoke with Sam and he heard my concerns, he found the perfect car for me. I have always enjoyed coming to Lexus in Sharon & have always liked the whole experience from sales all the way to service. Sam and my service advisor Mark are the best and that's what keeps me coming back to this dealership. More

Being 74 years of age & having enough experience in purchasing cars in the pas I really did not pay much attention to there comments. Purchasing cars in the past have been very frustrating in the past. I honestly can state what my wife & I experienced Sunday 10/11 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in & asked for a salesperson to assist us we where treated like royalty! Our salesman Marc Vigor listened to our request & proceeded to show us exactly the price range & type of car we where interested in! We test drove 2 vehicles & fell in love with the 2nd Lexus! I did something I have never done before! We actually drove home in I our new Lexus! Marc actually helped us clean out my trunk & move items to my new car! The entire experience from the salesman to the finance arrangements was extremely professional & warm! It felt like I was dealing with family. I had to return to the dealership Friday 10/16 to get my Mass. sticker & registration! The process was amazing! I drove my car in to the efficient check in bay! They asked if I would like to have my 5 day old car washed! My wife & I went up to the "snack bar" & had some refreshments! Before we knew it we where informed our vehicle was ready! What more can I say except ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! More
