Beyond happy with my experience! Buying a car does not have to be so stressful anymore!!! On September 30th, I visited the Lexus dealership in Sharon looking for a pre-owned Lexus HS Buying a car does not have to be so stressful anymore!!! On September 30th, I visited the Lexus dealership in Sharon looking for a pre-owned Lexus HS that I had seen online. Shortly after my arrival, I was informed by my sales person, Vitor Duarte, that the car was recently sold. After talking to Vitor for a while, he informed me of another vehicle with more bells and whistles than the one I was originally looking for and asked me take a test drive. Since the car was a bit more expensive I was hesitant to make a commitment. Vitor was fantastic throughout the entire time and did not pressure me or made me feel like I had to make a commitment right away. At the end of my test drive, Vitor said he'd try to make the numbers work so I would get a better car ,with less miles, and be a happy customer at the end of the day. Vitor introduced me to Sam, the finance manager, who was also phenomenal and helped me get the best financing. Fast forward a few minutes after and I was a satisfied customer driving a new car. I recommend to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to visit Lexus of Sharon. Vitor was great sales person and I would recommend him to all my friends and family when shopping for a car. I understand that buying a car can be very frustrating, but my experience at Lexus has proven me wrong. Great job Vitor Duarte and team! *** UPDATE *** On 10/13/2015 I was more than surprised to have received a hand-written letter by Vitor, thanking me for my business and also a selfie of us when I originally purchased my car. Got to be honest, I was not expecting that, because I thought there was nothing that would make my experience more pleasant, but Vitor AGAIN, went above and beyond my expectations.
