Great Experience! Great Service! I just traded in my car today and ended up leasing a brand new RX350. I had just stopped in for a wash on my old RX 350 and was greeted in the café by Service Concierge, Nancy Cunningham. She is so lovely and really listened to what I had to say about my car. She ended up putting me in touch with Johnny Saghbini and Jose Oliveira to get the new car process started. I have had 3 Lexus RXs so far and I have loved them all. I only go to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. It is the best dealership around. The service and facilities are amazing. Every staff member is so kind and treats you great! They will get you whatever you need. My sales consultant, Jose Oliveira was great. He was so nice and willing to put in the work to get me the right price for my car and monthly payment. I had set limits on what I wanted to spend and he was so respectful to that and really worked with me. He was very professional and had my car ready to pick up the same day. The Sales Manager, Johnny Saghbini was also great with working with me to find me a car in the right price range. Johnny and Jose made me feel comfortable and informed about the leasing process. They were both great and I hope to work with them again! Jose really took the time to sit down with me and see if leasing or financing a used vehicle would be best for me. Janine Ballarino walked up to us as we were wandering around and asked if we had any questions. She walked us through all the vehicles we were interested in and the benefits of each. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Rob has such a calm and easy way about him that it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Rob went out of his way to get us the exact car we wanted , working late into the night. He spent close to two hours with us when we went to pick up the car on New Year's day explaining and answering all of our questions . Almost a month into our ownership I had some issues and questions..I called Rob and he immediately took care of everything! I felt I was treated fairly and all the financials were clearly explained. I got a good deal. I had planned on visiting 2 dealerships that day but ended up being so impressed with the RX-350 that I never made it to BMW. Lexus offers so much more standard than the BMW X3. They even paid off the remaining 2 months of my current lease with Honda. This dealership also offers free car washes and a free service the first time I need to take the car in. I would highly recommend Jose Oliveira as a go to sales person in the future. More

ES300H I have been a Herb Chambers Lexus customer for about 22 years. I have leased 8 vehicles during that time. I had been contacted by the dealership, as I have been a Herb Chambers Lexus customer for about 22 years. I have leased 8 vehicles during that time. I had been contacted by the dealership, asking me if I wanted to trade in my 2013 RX 350. The lease had only been about 50% completed and I had decided when I leased the RX that it would be my last leased vehicle. My next car would be bought, not leased. So this was a difficult deal to get accomplished since there was negative equity in my RX. For the first time, I had the chance to work with Sanjay. We discussed all the available options for me. The most financially advantageous option was to lease again but I did not want to do that. After working on the numbers, Sanjay presented my offer on a 2015 ES300H to George (sales manager) and stated my case. Throughout the whole process, I felt that Sanjay was my advocate. After some back and forth negotiating, we made a deal. I now know why Sanjay sells so many cars for Herb Chambers Lexus. He was calm and reassuring throughout and I firmly believe he fought to get me the best deal possible. Once the deal was completed, Janine took over in getting the paperwork filled out and following up on keeping me updated as to when the car was ready. Even though the dealership was extremely busy the last few days before the new year, Janine called me several times to update me. Once the car was ready, she spent a good deal of time going over the features of the ES 300H. There is a reason as to why I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Lexus for 22 years.
