Unfortunately, I decided not to finalize the deal due to the 8k increase because of their nonnegotiable policy on used cars and 3k warranty increase (referenced: KB and Guru). Everything was okay until it was time to return my money I put down. It should never take 3 months and multiple phone calls (with no returns) for something that ended up taking 3 days in the end to be returned to my account. I hope customer service tighten up on shananigans like this. No hard feelings but, for this to be taken lightly isn't cool. More

Hard working Sales team I traveled from out of state to see a car I found on the L-Certified Lexus site. Unfortunately, the car was not available, but my salesman, Spencer La I traveled from out of state to see a car I found on the L-Certified Lexus site. Unfortunately, the car was not available, but my salesman, Spencer Lackey, let me test drive some similar cars, and then, the next day he drove an hour and a half to bring me the car to test drive near my home. He spent time with my wife and me going over questions we had, and then made another trip out a couple of days later and even went with us to get it registered. Spencer Lackey worked hard to make the sale a pleasant experience, and we love the car. More
