Sam was very informativ, especially since I walked in having done no real research on Lexus'. He clearly explained all different options in the different models/years and found the perfect option for me to test drive that day. A few days later, we were hit with one of the many large snow storms. Sam still was quick to respond to my e-mails and, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later, had already dug out the car I was interested in showing my husband. He was more than willing to grab another car (covered in snow) when I wanted to see and test drive a different color. Yes, Lexus' are great cars overall; amazing perks come with owning a Lexus: road side assistance, car washes, complimentary first service, etc. But it was working with Sam that really helped us make our decision to go with a Lexus. He was welcoming and professional, patient, and never tried to pressure us into making a decision. Weeks later, we are extremely pleased with our car and the service we received. I strongly recommend stopping by the HC Lexus of Sharon and working with Sam. More

I had just stopped in for a wash on my old RX 350 and was greeted in the café by Service Concierge, Nancy Cunningham. She is so lovely and really listened to what I had to say about my car. She ended up putting me in touch with Johnny Saghbini and Jose Oliveira to get the new car process started. I have had 3 Lexus RXs so far and I have loved them all. I only go to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. It is the best dealership around. The service and facilities are amazing. Every staff member is so kind and treats you great! They will get you whatever you need. My sales consultant, Jose Oliveira was great. He was so nice and willing to put in the work to get me the right price for my car and monthly payment. I had set limits on what I wanted to spend and he was so respectful to that and really worked with me. He was very professional and had my car ready to pick up the same day. The Sales Manager, Johnny Saghbini was also great with working with me to find me a car in the right price range. Johnny and Jose made me feel comfortable and informed about the leasing process. They were both great and I hope to work with them again! Jose really took the time to sit down with me and see if leasing or financing a used vehicle would be best for me. Janine Ballarino walked up to us as we were wandering around and asked if we had any questions. She walked us through all the vehicles we were interested in and the benefits of each. Than we talked new and pre-owned. I am a very cautious buyer and had done a lot of homework before shopping. Janine answered all our questions and concerns and put us at ease. Buying a car can be very stressful, but Rob has such a calm and easy way about him that it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. Rob went out of his way to get us the exact car we wanted , working late into the night. He spent close to two hours with us when we went to pick up the car on New Year's day explaining and answering all of our questions . Almost a month into our ownership I had some issues and questions..I called Rob and he immediately took care of everything!
