Walking into the dealership at the time of my appointment, I immediately felt a sense of pride, prestige, and ownership. I was promptly greeted by the front desk, who was so friendly. Cheryl S. introduced me to Mike C., who was my sales consultant. He was a pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable of this one particular Lexus model that I was there to see. He listened, advised, and followed through with his words and always made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the process. We went for a test drive and it was then that I realized, this would be my next car to own. My next step was meeting with Chris G., who was my finance officer. He was proficient, motivated, and diligent to find me the right loan package that complimented my financial need. Needless to say, he went above and beyond his duty to get me the best fit. Surely I initially had some reluctance of letting go of the car that I was trading in.
